When operating the press brake, in order to prevent the occurrence of problems, the preparations must be carried out.

Clean the oil stains on the appearance of press brake. The engraved line on the stop valve should be in the open position.

Turn on the press brake for a few cycles, ensuring that there are no abnormal conditions. Try cutting different thickness sheets. During trial cutting, the gap between the different blades must be adjusted because the thickness of the plate is different. Otherwise, the durability of the blade will be affected.

During the cutting process, turn on the pressure gauge and check the oil pressure value. If any abnormality, the relief valve can be dispatched to meet the specified requirements.

When operating the press brake, if abnormal noise or overheating of the oil tank is found, the press brake should be stopped and checked. The high temperature of the fuel tank does not exceed 60 degrees.

Otherwise, it will cause damage to the mold and the press brake. The stroke adjustment also has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.

For the selection of bending notches, a notch with a width of 8 times the thickness of the plate should generally be selected.

Backgauge adjustment generally has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, which is the same as the shearing machine.

Step on the foot switch to start bending. You can release it at any time.
